| Who Are Northern Vintage Racers? |
The NVSR was established in 1999 as a non-profit organization for the purpose of promoting vintage racing and to preserve the
history of a by-gone era.
The club was formed with six members. In 2006 we had 57 members. Our growth and popularity has been unbelievable, and our
membership and vintage car count is continuing to grow at a rapid pace.
We travel to approximately 19 dirt tracks throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, with occasional races with other vintage car
organizations. Some of our club members have traveled to Iowa, Nebraska, Florida and Arkansas for special vintage race dates.
Our cars are primarily vintage coupes, roadsters, full bodies and super modifieds. Drivers must be 16-years of age. Some of our
drivers started with no experience and some are retired drivers. We're interested in safe racing and preserving the history of a past
era, all while having a good time.
New members are always welcome. Rules and information can be obtained by contacting one of our board members. Talk to any of
